All our products are handmade with love, and each piece is crafted individually, making every item unique. Because of the handmade and customized nature of our products, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• We do not accept returns on any handmade or customized items.
• Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange.
• To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with a proper unboxing video as proof.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received.

Refunds

• We do not provide refunds for handmade or custom orders.
• In case of a verified defect, we will offer a replacement of the same product — no refunds will be issued.
