Order Processing Time
- All our products are handmade and made-to-order.
- Once your order is confirmed, please allow 10–12 working days for preparation and packaging.
- During high-demand periods, festivals, or unexpected delays, processing time may extend slightly (up to 15 working days).
- If this happens, our team will notify you via email or message.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- After dispatch, your order will typically be delivered within 2–3 working days for metro cities and 3–5 working days for other areas (depending on courier service and location).
- We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your package reaches you safely and on time.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
Delays & Responsibility
- While we do our best to deliver your order within the estimated time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
- Premdhagaa will not be responsible for courier or logistics delays once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping company.
