Premdhagaa operates this website to provide customers with access to uniquely designed, handcrafted products. By using our site, you acknowledge that all products are handmade with individual care, and slight variations in design, color, or texture may occur — these are part of the charm and authenticity of handmade work.

Handmade Nature of Products
Each Premdhagaa piece is crafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques.

  • No two products are ever 100% identical, which makes every piece unique.
  • Minor differences in pattern, stitch, color shade, or fabric texture are natural. 
  • These natural variations will not be treated as defects or eligible for return or refund.

Orders & Customization

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as every piece is made-to-order.
  • For customized products (such as name embroidery, color request, or design personalization), we begin production only after payment confirmation.
  • We request customers to carefully review all product details, colors, and spelling for personalized names before checkout.
  • In case of any incorrect details provided by the buyer, Premdhagaa will not be responsible for any outcome or error.

Payments

  • Payments can be made securely through the options available on our website.
  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Once payment is made, no refunds or reversals will be issued, except in the case of defective products (see Exchange Policy). 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Each handmade item requires 10-12 working days for completion before dispatch.
  • We use trusted courier partners for both domestic and international shipping.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors like holidays, strikes, or courier delays.
  • Premdhagaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or customs clearance.
  • Customers must ensure that the provided delivery address and contact number are correct. Incorrect details may result in non-delivery, for which Premdhagaa holds no responsibility. 

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • As all our products are handmade and customized, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly offer an exchange.
  • To qualify for an exchange.You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. •
  • A complete unboxing video (without cuts or edits) must be provided as proof.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
  • We do not provide refunds. In case of a verified issue, only replacement/exchange will be provided.

  • All product images, designs, embroidery patterns, text, and content featured on our website are the exclusive property of Premdhagaa.

  • Premdhagaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

  • Customers acknowledge that handmade items are naturally imperfect — this is part of their character and authenticity.
